Alliance Total Care is a non-medical home healthcare agency providing Personal Care and Supportive Homecare services to adults, seniors and any person with disabilities living at home. We have been serving the community since 2015 and we take pride in what we do. We treat our patients with respect, dignity and privacy. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of services to each patient.
The owners and management team at Alliance Total Care has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and in combination with our home health business. We have the ability to find caregivers that match each of our patient’s needs. We take pride in hiring qualified, compassionate employees who can provide exceptional services to all of our patients. We ensure that each caregiver is properly screened and trained before being placed with a new patient.
We strive to hire competent staff who are in the healthcare field that have experience and promote independent living at home. Our staff speak multiple languages and they are valuable resources. We go the extra mile for our caregivers and patients particularly with our elderly refugee population who are new to our community and are in transition to our way of life here in Southeastern Wisconsin. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and sustain our workers so we can continue to provide quality services to our senior population in the community.
We desire to bring capacity to and work collaboratively with businesses, healthcare professionals, service organizations, schools and churches so we can maintain a vibrant community in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Alliance Total Care is a network provider with most HMOs and MCOs (managed care organizations) in Milwaukee County as well as State Medicaid Title-19. We are a member of the Wisconsin Personal Service Association (WPSA).
