Alliance Total Care is a non-medical home healthcare agency that provides Personal Care and Supportive Home Care services to adults, seniors, and persons with disability at the comfort of their home. Our Family Support Service help Non-English-Speaking clients with interpretations in their native language when applying for services in the community such as FoodShare, insurance benefit, and Social Security Income (SSI).
It’s simple. You can stop by our office between 9:00 am –5:00 pm, Monday - Friday to talk to our nursing staff. Please bring the following information with you when applying for service.
Our staff will determine whether or not you’re eligible for services. In some cases, we may refer you to an appropriate resource in the community to further determine your eligibility.
Our application process usually takes up to four weeks or more, depending on your situation. Incomplete information will delay processing your application.
Yes, you can. Please stop by our office to talk to our nursing staff about your situation so we can help you make appropriate arrangements with your current agency. Our goal is to help you prevent disruption of services during the transitional period.
You can hire a family member to be your Caregiver/PCW as long as they are 16 years or older. Please note that PCW cannot be a minor, spouse, or legal guardian. All PCW are required to go through our hiring process and successfully trained before the employee can be assigned to care for the Client at the comfort of his/her home.
Don’t worry. We can find a qualified caregiver who is trained to care and provide service for you in the comfort of your home.
If you are enrolled with State Medicaid T-19 or insured through HMO/MCO insurance network, your services will be covered. We accept private pay if you don’t have insurance coverage through the State or insurance network.
Our nursing staff will conduct an assessment at your convenience to determine your healthcare needs and submit it to your insurance carrier for approval. Your physician plays a vital role in this process, so be sure to talk to your physician about your personal care needs.
Your PCW will be compensated by our agency at an hourly rate and trained by our nursing staff or delegated personnel before assigned to work with the client.
Alliance Total Care is the employer and responsible for all PCWs. As a client, your feedback about the care you received from our PCW is significantly important. If you have questions or concerns about the care you received from our PCW, please contact our nursing staff at the earliest time possible so we can resolve any issues.
