Getting started with us is easy.
We’re only a phone call away.
When you apply with us, our nursing staff will need to obtain medical records from you to determine your healthcare conditions. We will work with your physician to put a plan of care for you at home. An approval from your insurance company is also needed before we can provide services to you. This process could take up to four weeks or longer depending on your circumstances. Services could range anywhere from 2-3 hours or 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, depending on your health conditions.
As a patient, you can choose a family member or someone outside of the family to be your Personal Care Worker (caregiver). If you don’t have anyone, we will match a trained PCW who has the experienced to provide services to you. Remember, we are here to help.
All Personal Care Workers are required to go through a caregiver training and hiring process with our agency to ensure compliance with State and Federal laws before they can provide services to our patients. All PCW are paid an hourly rate and our payroll is bi-weekly. Additional information will be provided to the PCW during orientation and training sessions.
All patient information and caregivers will be treated with strictly confidential. Click here for our privacy rule with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
